Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to meet amazing people! I've surfed a few times before, and have absolutely loved the experiences I had. I met some wonderful people, and really love just plugging into what the locals do, as opposed to what capitalism tells us to do, which is be all touristy. Ew.

Interests

As I said above, playing metal, brewing beer and riding a fixie are pretty much my thing right now. I am in Fort Collins, Co for the next few months, but will be moving to Long Beach, Ca in July. Music, Movies, and Books

Ummm...metal...haha. I also listen to bluegrass, folk, classic rock, alt-anything, indie...I may have a one track mind with what I play, but I listen to a lot!
Movies! Just last night I watched Boy Meets Girl, and have to say it was fucking awesome. I also LOVED 50 Shades of Grey (I'm kidding - it was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Killer soundtrack, though).
And I have been reading Locke & Key (graphic novel series), but since I finished it I started "Thus Spoke Zarathustra". I...it's weird. I'll just say that. I'll make a more concrete statement when I finish it. :p

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can make you dinner! As I said above, I am vegetarian and gluten-free. Even if you are not vegetarian, I will cook at least one delicious meal, complete with the option of meat. :) I really love to cook for others, and have to say I make some amazing things! Except for an Asian-style orange chicken. I mean, I'll make it, but don't expect it to be what you want. Haha!
