Overview
About Me
Easy going, compassionate, music lover, wilderness enthusiast, kind, curious, star gazer, adventurous soul searching for fulfillment. I have been in administrative jobs for the last 7 years or so. I've had multiple random jobs like bartending and serving in between. I've seen and been through more by the age of 18 than most people have their whole lives, with the exception of traveling, which I'm starting now. I have a great group of childhood friends and a loving family that I can always count on.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Searching for fulfillment, meaning, enlightenment, new friends, new cultures, new perceptions. I strongly believe humans were not meant to sit indoors in front of a computer all day, clock-in and clock-out, pay bills and die. There is something much bigger out there for us and I want to attempt and discover what that is.
Interests
I am a health nut, I love exercising, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, mountain biking, eating whole healthful foods and treating my body right. I love learning new things, particularly about nutrition, neuroscience, biology and astronomy. The beach, and middle of no where in the woods are also some of my favorite places to be. Music festivals are also right up my alley :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Incubus, Pepper, The Dirty Heads, Stick Figure, Sublime and Drake are some of my favorite artists. I enjoy all music though minus hard metal. I grew up in a household where The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Queen and The Beatles were always blasting, so I have an appreciation for good music. As for books, I am a BIG fan of Deepak Chopra, all of his books are fantastic. I only enjoy reading non-fiction, self-help, spiritual, medical books. I guess I have two favorite movies, Pulp Fiction and Fight Club.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Took a road trip to Florida from Philly and back again in a limo with some of my best friends.
Teach, Learn, Share
"Be kind whenever possible, it is always possible." - Dalai Lama
You never know what someone's story is or what kind of day they had. Stay kind but don't let others mistake your kindness for weakness, there is a fine line and balance to follow.
