March/April 2017 I walked El Camino de Santiago (Camino Frances) with my mama! It is a 500 mile pilgrimage with nothing but what I could carry in my backpack.

Can teach anybody how to make some delicious guacamole (secret: put fruit in it)
Would like to learn as much as I can. Current interests are cooking more vegan meals, anything about permaculture or living in a tiny house, and how to play the ukelele.
