Hi! I'm a twenty-something who is currently working in retail and trying to travel the world. I studied art history in college and have worked in Art museums and galleries. I studied abroad in Macerata, Italy and am proficient in the Italian language (and learning more everyday). I lived in Oregon for the last six years and am a big lover of everything outdoorsy. Hiking, snowboarding, and exploring are some of my favorite activities. I love good art, good people, and good beer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One of my most favorite things about my tripartite was the connections I made with wonderful people from all over the world. I hope couchsurfing allows me to meet awesome new people and open doors for experiences that I may not be a part of otherwise.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Studying abroad in Italy was the most incredible experience of my life. During my time there we hiked 4 hours to the Fonte Avellana Abbey along the same path that thousands of peasants did in medieval times before roads were built. It was a physically demanding and absolutely stunning hike. The scenery consisted of picturesque hills, dense forest, and wild horses. At the Abbey we had the experience of viewing what is thought to be the first ever piece of recorded music. Hymns and notes were written down in a book with the thinnest vellum pages I have ever seen. It was a truly amazing day.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to be always learning. Travel and meeting people is a way that we can all learn from one another.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my bubbly and laidback personality, my excellent cooking skills, and my up-for-anything demeanor. I'm also a great drinking buddy!
