About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To finish uni, meet everyone and do everything.

ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm shaun and I'm living in Ormskirk, which is a small-ish town near Liverpool. I'm here to study, I've just started and I'll be here for three years.

Well, I'm a bit eco, or I do the best I can! I'm a vegan, I recently learned to juggle and am finding it surprisingly easy to pick up!

Um, I love music, from punk cabaret, to the musicals to current pop, to new romantic and recently, klezmer revival.

PHILOSOPHY

Being the change and all that jazz.

If you're able to help out someone in need then why wouldn't you?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow, thousands of things...

The Forest Cafe in Edinburgh is one of the biggest though. Which is a volunteer run veggie cafe and venue, originally set up to be a free venue for new, unsigned artists, musicians, poets, etc. during the Edinburgh Festival in August, but became a year round cafe and venue. It sells very cheap, very good food. It provides space for free workshops on absolutely anything that people want to run, like making beer, yoga, crotcheting, drama, writing and it's very open to those who want to teach whatever they have to share. They also have a free shop, which in the forest, is a corner of the cafe which is shelved, where you essentially just help yourself and put out anything you no longer need. And there;s a gallery space. And I couldn't even name all of the things they do in this but if you're ever there, you ought to check it out! http://www.theforest.org.uk/

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you how to cook, or knit? or something. *Shrugs*
