One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived at a monastery in Kathmandu Nepal for over a month studying mediation and Buddhism. I really enjoy practicing meditation, it really helps to ground me and keeps me living more mindfully. I'm not Buddhist but I really enjoy the philosophy and psychology.

I spent a month trekking the Annapurna Circuit and Base Camp in Nepal. I really love mountains, they just seem to move a persons soul. Hahaha, that sounded kind of corny.

I attended the Burning Man Festival in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada. 50,000 people come together to make a city in the desert for a week. It's a giving community where art, love, happiness, and self expression are shared.
