I am - Music Freak, Linguaphile, food junkie, easily amused, a person that laughs louder than you
I love - meeting people from different countries, L'Etranger, dancing like no one's looking when no one's looking, blue lights, hair products and making lists
I eat - punks like these for breakfast
Music, travelling and interaction bring people closer. So does a crowded train, but I like sticking to the "music, travelling and interaction" part.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
New place, couch surfed, made friends, had ball.
I love spending my time listening to music, playing my guitar, learning languages (I've got started on French and Spanish, but someday I'll get to Russian and Japanese), meeting people from all over the world and story-trading.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music : Indie! My Bloody Valentine! The Postal Service! And then there's Moving Mountains, some House, Techno, and a bit of Indian music
Movies : Almost anything from Hayao Miyazaki, David Lynch, Wong Kar Wai, Richard Linklater, weirdo/wacko/way-too-creative directors
Books : Sherlock Holmes - anything and everything!, Le Petit Prince, L'Etranger, Le Sang des Autres, and... um... Teach Yourself French/ Spanish/ Polish
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Crazy : Koh Phangan - Ultraviolet tribal tattoos, suspect Spearmint chewing gums, stalker whales disguised as icebergs, purple fanta, M150 Storm bombs, highly motivated vodka-fuelled speedboat captain, Shibuya-Kei hair... everything seemed to be in place ONLY to heighten some sort of frenetic adrenaline-fest
Beautiful : Phi Phi Islands - Some of the most pristine sights I've ever seen. Felt like snorkelling into an eco-chromatic Andy Warhol wet dream. Worth the sunburns from riding a boat without lotion
And the "Friendship Club" ferry rides - that is filed under "Seedy".
