ABOUT ME

My name is Shellee. I currently live in LA but I travel a lot for work and fun. I'm originally from the SF Bay Area and come from a big Irish Catholic family, where I am the only girl. Which is why I think I like sports so much and can play hard with the boys (You had to in my family!). I like to travel, go out to the movies, dinner, concerts, and to talk and laugh.

In LATE February 2017 I will be (back) in New Orleans for Mardi Gras with a friend who always hosts out of town guests (his European friends mostly). So I thought I would see who else would like to have some fun in New Orleans during Mardi Gras! I might not be able to host you, but at least I could show a Mardi Gras virgin around the French Quarter for the first time, so they could see just how hard Americans can party! Remember Mardi Gras is a big outdoor party in the streets with a lot of beer and people throwing beads if your flash em yours that is! And personally I plan to get myself a whole bunch of beads next Mardi Gras!

If you have any questions, just let me know and take care! Remember, I can only host or meet people during Mardi Gras and that is in February come 2017! If I cannot host you, one of my friends probably can. But you need to prove how much of a party person or how fun you are to come stay with us (Please no cut and paste requests and I do mean show me you know how to party, down and dirty as this is a HUGE F***KING PARTY!)!

I like to introduce travelers to out of the way places, that only locals usually know about. So they can see and experience more of the (American or Los Angeles) culture around them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have traveled quite a lot and enjoy meeting people form other countries and cultures. Especially enjoy going out, drinking, eating and meeting new people. I've used CS before, but not in an official capacity. My friends did all the contacting in the past.
