Meeting ppl from all over the world and enjoying the good things in the world !
I'm a very lovely person. I may be shy in the beginning but give me some time to know you and you'll find in me a very good friend.
I love to discover new things..new friends, new food, new places, new drinks, new cultures, etc..
If you have sorrows, think about it, get to a solution and keep moving on. Learn from the past but don't stay in it...ALSO enjoy life...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
After seeing a documentary I found CS very interesting so I joined. Shamed to say that in the first 2 years I haven't been doing a lot with it.
But since 2009 I promised myself to be more active again! Join more meetings, go surfing more often(as I can't host for the moment) And I think I'm doing pretty well up till now ^_^

Traveling is my hobby n° 1 !
I like the touristic stuff in big cities but I can also enjoy the tranquility in little villages....
I like hiking once a while but I also like to lay on the beach, under an umbrella, listening to the sound of the sea...
I don't like getting tanned from the sun (I am tanned enough :)), but I love feeling the sun on my skin..Big dilemma!
I also LOVE watching Chinese TV series, a little amateurphotograpy, reading..
- watching movies
- lindy hop
Music, Movies, and Books
There are way TOO TOO TOO many good movies/books I liked..just to name a few..
Movies: Shawnshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Schindler's List, Star Wars (the first ones with Harrisson Ford), Se7en, Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain, les Choristes, Toy Story, Slumdog Millionaire, Avatar The last Airbender (animeversion from Nickelodeon),Ratatouille, Monsters Inc, Hable con Ella, Super8, The Kings Speech, The Mummy...
Bookes: Harry Potter, Da Vinci Code and (way too many) romantic novels..
Music: I admit not to know a lot about Western music..I mostly listen to Cantonese/Chinese music. Ask me about them and I know A LOT
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Feb 2013, when the 11y-cycle ended was the best period to go. I'm not really fond of the cold, but those green, red curtains in the dark starry sky are worth everything!!! Definitely the best trip I made up till now!
Also everything that includes hiking and great vieuws on the city or land that I visit.
And amazing ancient buildings or structures, like the tempels in Egypt or Greece, the Great Wall in China, the ancient cities in China, Japan..How hard must it have been to build them without the technical knowledge we have now?!
Teach, Learn, Share
Would love to improve my Mandarin skills! Want to practise it with a native speaker. I can teach him or her a very rare language...Dutch/Flemish! Rare because you only speak it in Holland and Belgium *_*
Newby Lindy Hop dancer since 2015. Would like to improve my skills. Know any good venues to do that? Tell me!
