ABOUT ME

I am 54, married to a wonderful man and have 3 kids. Grant 32, Katherine 29, and Daniel 25. I love to read and write. Hubby and I love going to the theater to see new movies. We love our gardening here as well as our furry babies. We have 6 cats, 5 mice and a guinea pig. We love going to the Kennedy Space Center, Playalinda National Seashore (beach by NASA) and walking through the Enchanted Forest (when it's not too hot).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing so adventurers can rest at the end of a busy day in a safe environment.

I would also like to have a safe place to stay while we travel, near or far.

Interests

I love Stephen King and Dean Koontz. I love many authors but they are my favourite!

Music, Movies, and Books

My husband and I love to watch horror films. He tends to like more zombie, vampire stuff whereas I like comedies, romances and pull at your heart shows. We are open to each others genres so I guess we watch everything!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When my daughter was travelling the world, I joined her for a month in India and two weeks in Thailand. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have two spare bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a twin. If need be we have a couch in the front room as well.

Other than where to sleep, I would hope we could offer good conversation and maybe a meal or two. My husband is retired military and has traveled extensively. Maybe there would be a common area that you have traveled to that you could chat about.
