I'm trying to focus on living life to the fullest. I've spent a lot of time focused on my career and now I'm focusing more on my family and sailing: the two things I love most. :-)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in karma: what goes around comes around: do unto others. However you want to phrase it. I try to let that guide me. I don't always succeed, but I try, try again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did what was basically couch surfing in college when we traveled for volleyball tournaments. I met tons of great people and did some very memorable partying!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about sailing and hope I can encourage others, especially women, to learn to sail. I can also share my experiences with grad school, postdocing and making career choices. Oh, and I love science for any geeks out there...
