ABOUT ME
Left home at 20 to monitor nuclear treaties for the government, ended up teaching electronics for several years (with unofficial non-government approved lectures in philosophy, ethics, linguistics, science, The French, art, physics, history, film, literature, music, culture, finance, and zombies for my students)
8 years later, I'm using my hard earned G.I. Bill to pursue a degree in writing and philosophy at a non-traditional university while pursuing a career in game design. Ain't life grand?
PHILOSOPHY
Be of the world, not apart of it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
With plenty of space for those who want to visit Oly.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Unofficially, I've always been into couchsurfing, both as a surfer and host. Isolation from the world isn't life, it's the exclusion of life. Now I have a place to share with others. :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was once mistaken for a visiting Harvard Professor of Philosophy at a conference in Oklahoma based solely on my comments in response to an essay.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have degrees in applied science and instruction, extensive background in electronics component troubleshooting and soldering, and discrete math and logic. I can build a computer or laptop from components, and I can cook fabulous dishes with minimal ingredients. I also play Magic The Gathering casually and competitively.
