ABOUT ME

My name is Simon. I'm a calm and collected but openminded 21-year-old. I love traveling, seeing new things and meeting new people. I'm also childishly fond of the Pokemon videogames.

Back home I live in a collective with a couple of friends. Two to be exact. We usually have a lot of friends as guests.

I'm very interested in languages and would definitly enjoy teaching surfers some swedish in exchange of learning some of their language.

I'm currently traveling through europe, from greece up to sweden (with a lot of detours), in a poncho. So if you see a person with long hair and a poncho, and you feel like talking, please say hello.

I'll fill up my profile when I have time and, of course a computer.

PHILOSOPHY

My life is my very own story and I am very excited to see what will happen next. Everything, good or bad is in it for a reason. Just as every scene in a movie or word in a novel has a purpose.

Right now I'm out traveling. I might be able to surf a couch or two on my way but right now I can not contribute with my couch.

Interests

Traveling, meeting new people and eating good food. I also enjoy videogames, books and table-top role playing games.

I'm interested in religions, but I'm not currently a follower of any religion (right now I'd say that I'm an agnostic). I have a great interest in languages aswell. If you know some japanese and come by Sweden let's meet and have a conversation (I'm not that good but I'm getting there).

Music, Movies, and Books

Any book by Neil Gaiman. The animated masterpieces of the late Satoshi Kon. I listen to soundtracks a lot. From movies and from videogames.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once, while living in a church in Daugaplis, Latvia I witnessed a christian ceremony where every single local in the room began to speak in toungs. For me it was both amazing and absurd since I had never before seen anything like it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some swedish and some things about Sweden. I might also be able to take you to Skansen, an open air museum in Stockholm which should be seen by everyone who are interested in old swedish traditions.
