Chi sono

I was born, raised and educated in Chile. I graduated from Occupational Therapy and I worked in a Special School for five years. After that, I moved to the US where I got my Permaculture Design Certification and I worked in private sustainable urban gardens for four years.
I'm open minded, I love to share experiences. I ask questions but I enjoy silence as well.
I'm very transparent, direct and I consider freedom is precious. If I don't know, I ask, if I don't feel comfortable, I leave.
I appreciate people who is willing to share a space in their home and I will do the same once I'm back in my home country.
Since May 2018 I've been traveling around Europe. The main purpose of my travels is to know different cultures and meet people from all around the globe. I have no itinerary, I don't plan my route in advance. It's always flowing.

•• I'm looking to couchsurf in places with mix gender references. Not looking for crazy parties or dates, at all. ••
If you are available to meet or host me, please, add the word SUNSET to your message, that way I know you read my profile.

~~~ July 2019 UPDATE ~~
After a year of traveling, I'm back in my hometown Limache, Chile. I'm staying with my parents in their beautiful country side home. Depending on availability, we can host travelers with references.
Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing
Every day, life shows me the way to belive in people and in our good intentions for eachother. I've met the most kind people in the most simple or unexpected situations. I want to keep exposing my self to this, I want to keep believing.
Interessi
I like to walk, usually alone or in silence, I walk a lot and I whistle when I do it. I appreciate nature and I respect it with my heart.
I'm not a city person, I grow up in a small town and I've never been able to feel comfortable in the caos of big cities. I still visit them but usually I get away very quickly.
Every day, usually at night, I give my self time to write my journal and connect with my family and friends.
I love motorcycles but for now that interest is "sleeping".
Musica, film e libri
I'm open to any ~music~ as long as it maches with the moment. Some of the music that it's been constantly with me on this journey: Pink Floyd, The Cinematic Orchesta, Johan Johannson, Still Corners, Ludovico Einaudi, Manu Chao, Soda Stereo, Los Prisioneros, Bebe, Mon Lafarte...
My last ~book~ was The Geography of Bliss. Currently I'm studying Celestine Prophesy and Ageless body Timeless minds. I'm reading The girls from acosta del Mar. I've read more than ten books so far during this journey, but I barely remember half of them :P
~~ July 2019 UPDATE ~~
After spending some days in the south of Chile. I'm reading a book called Patagonia, interesting information about native culture and geographical limits.
I'm not a ~TV~ person, I prefer documentaries... but some of my favorites are: Avatar, Ameliè, Human Planet, Animal Planet, Time Lapse, Into the Wild, Frankenweenie.
Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto
Difficult to pick one!
• Traveling by motorcycle from California to Chile
• Paragliding in Olüdeniz, Turkey
• Organic farm volunteering in a small village in Nepal that provides food for children.
• Quit everything in May 2018 and start traveling for a year.
Insegna, impara, condividi
I like to share knowledge, learn about authentic food and recipes, usually I write down the tastiest recipes, wishing some day I will cook them. I'm also interested in language exchange and daily living culture. One of my "must see" places are the local markets of each city/town I visit.
Share a laugh and share it loudly! :)
