Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was traveling in Egypt I was invited on a couch surfing tour where locals gave a random group of people a special tour through the back streets of Cairo. It was a very unique part of my trip and I have always wanted to sign up since then.

I hiked 400km around the island Bali, Indonesia with a friend and made a documentary about the journey.

Being on the road isn't always easy, but it is the kindness and willingness of complete strangers to help a person in need and go completely out of their way that has given me the strength to embark on many of my journies.
