My girlfriend Paola would say I am well mannered,respectful, funny, and cute; my friends would say I am a very easy going person, hard-worker (some times too much..), funny(again) and a person who likes to listen to the others.

Interests

I like travels very much! Since 2000 I have been around the world, for work and for leisure, from Lapland to Patagonia, from Morocco to Japan, from Chichen Itza to Gizah. I like to meet people from around the world, talking with them and learn about their culture, their food, and their lives.
I love sports, especially soccer,(just good games, and not silly gossips). In the free time I like swimming and snowboarding; if I meet sombody who plays chess, I ask him when we can play together.
And above all I love food: even if I'm very skinny, I love the taste of simple combinations of what Mother Nature gives us, fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil and wine, meat and bread; working in restaurants and hotels let me discover the pleasure of tasting different dishes, from "la cucina italiana", through the spanish, middle-eastern, indian cusine to the japanese cusine

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Our world is so big ... and there are so many things I have seen that are so beautiful!!Few examples?? Salar de Uyuni, Perito Moreno, Manhattan, the Sacred Valley, the Mayan ruins, the pyramids of Gizah, Lapland forests and the deserts.... Awesome!!!!!!
