About Me

Sapiosexual Psychologist embracing Polyamory, Serendipity, and Amor Fati

"Amongst all the things I`ve lost I miss my mind the most"- Mark Twain

--> I tend to be a social chameleon with respect for all kinds of authentic people and their backgrounds and seem to fit easily into any kind of society and culture and have the ability enjoy it. I like to be flexible in social interactions, and I prefer to be surrounded by non-judgemental, honest and authentic people. I try to be an intellectual person living a life less ordinary and trying to find adventures on roads less travelled.

I tend to have a full blown allergy to people who talk the talk but refuse to walk the walk. I am not very diplomatic, because there is not enough time in my life to sugarcoat the obvious to the oblivious ;).

I can be into all sorts of things be it a night out dancing in grunge-clubs or an evening of opera. Very diverse in my activities, with fluid identity.

I am genuinely and profoundly incapable of doing superficial small talk at all and have the habit of diving into intimate and personal subjects with the blink of an eye, if the connection is right. I am a feline personality and also do share my life with two cats. I participate in personality development seminars doing Systemic Constellation Work (Varga von Kibed, Sparrer) and love to exchange insights about this method.

" I do not consider myself less ignorant than most people. I have been and still am a seeker, but I have ceased to question stars and books; I have begun to listen to the teachings my blood whispers to me. My story is not a pleasant one; it is neither sweet nor harmonious, it has the taste of nonsense and chaos, of madness and dreams - like the lives of all men who stop deceiving themselves" -Hermann Hesse

"Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right and forget about the ones who don't. Believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. - Nobo

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I participate for getting to know interesting people and different cultures, and make new friends all over the world and find like-minded spirits.
I am also available if you need just a couch to crash or to sleep on and do not necessarily need you to worship me like a goddess, be my clown, or offer exciting social interaction to be able to stay with me, although of course it is still appreciated :-).

-->(For those, who are inclined to worship me, I have a special altar made for couchsurfers to proof they are not just using CS as free hotel - Just kidding, or... maybe not ;).

Quite on the contrary, I understand when you travel it is sometimes also nice to be able to stay and sleep for free and relax. I am probably also a person sometimes in need for just a place to crash without any exciting social interaction to offer

I love the project and I wish I had more time to host. Unfortunately I am very busy with my nursing education for now, and it is not always possible for me to host due to time restraints, and earthly limitations like gravity and such.
I see CS as an amazing way to immerse yourself in the culture of an area you want to explore. I met one of my best friends due to this experience.

I do only host verified members, who idealy also do have a few references. People with unverified adresses and locations do not need to apply. Lately this project has become so big that also a lot of bogus people are on here, so this is my way of filtering strangers. Thanks for understanding.

I am blending in various forms of creative expression, bodywork and meditation as a source for personal development. Practicing and studying different and effective methods of exploring and broadening the spectrum of consciousness for achieving improved psychological resilience is my professional goal. I gather a profound, authentic and non-judgemental understanding of a variety of alternative lifestyles and subcultures.

I studied Psychology and have written my masters thesis about Polyamory . At the moment I prepare for the 1st Non Monogamies and Contemporary Intimacies Conference, where I am member of the "Scientific Committee" & the "International Organising Committe".

As for further education I am involved in a three year nursing school , which makes my available time very limited. My interests focus on "Accident and Emergency Care Nursing" and "Disaster, Crisis andTrauma-Psychology". The combination of Psychology with Nursing offers a unique opportunity for me. I plan do do an education in systemic constellation therapy (Varga, van Kibed) after finishing nursing school, plus hope to find some time to do a Phd as well. Also, I am in the lucky position to work with people, and this is a tremendous gift and makes me very fulfilled and happy.

I also paint. My style is abstract expressionism. I use process-oriented methods of layered-painting as a method of catharsis in times of psychological crisis. Generally I am a lover of modern art.
