Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm currently interested in moving to the US. I think couchsurfing would be a great way to get a feel for a city and whether it would be a good place to live.
ABOUT ME
In bulletpoint form:
-5'7"
-Caucasian
-Physically active
-"pretty damn cool"
-lover of the outdoors
-able to cook well under pressure
I regret that I have not been able to surf for the last 5 years because I've been living in a landlocked city. Which is ridiculous. I obviously didn't think that through out of high school...
PHILOSOPHY
Middle of the road. Relax. But when you see an opportunity you gotta have, leap out.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am currently in transit, but when I get back my couch will most likely be open for business. Free business, that is.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I signed up at the urging of a friend a couple years ago, but I only got into the community recently. I haven't had much CS experience, but I've had many a good sleep on family and friends' couches :-)
Interests
Reading, writing, running around outside, dancing, coffee (mmmm coffee...), animals, art, paddle sports (dragon boating, OC-1, war canoe)
I like to wake up at an ungodly hour and watch the sun rise.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Flew at subsonic speeds through the air in an aluminum tube. Which if you think about it, is freaking awesome.
Also, I competed at the 2010 dragon boating Club Crew World Championship in Macau, where my team placed 3rd in 5/6 categories.
Countries I’ve Visited
China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Guatemala, Hungary, Israel, Nicaragua, Panama, Poland, South Korea, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom
Countries I’ve Lived In
Canada, Costa Rica
