I crave adventure and always have. I enjoy outdoor activities, as well as just spending time in Nature. I spent most of 2011 skiing in Colorado and later went on to become a ski instructor. After high school I became a kayak guide on the Mississippi River in Minnesota, and in 2012 I took an internship on a little island on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. Ever since then I've been going back and forth between saving money and traveling. Beginning my year in 2015, I lived in Costa Rica for a month taking Spanish classes and hope to be fluent someday soon. I then went on to Bali, Indonesia where I've spent the last month in a yoga teacher training program and I am heading to Australia with my yoga teacher certification prepared to teach if the opportunity arises. Traveling has helped me grow in so many ways, I love it and I want to see the world!

Teach, Learn, Share
I am (most recently) a yoga instructor, ski instructor, and kayak guide. I love what I do because I'm super passionate about the outdoors. I'm always eager to try new things and I love learning from people. Yoga is my most recent certification and I'm so excited to assist people in exploring their bodies through it. I can teach a little acro yoga too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer classes and instruction in vinyasa, active, restorative slow flow and nidra yoga. I can teach you some knitting and sewing basics and I love to cook!
