About Me

Assault a World Leader

What most of my friends would say about me, and my general first impression, is that I'm laid back. I'm serious when the situation calls for it, such as with work or issues people are having, but for the most part I adopt an easygoing approach to life.

Life's too short to be taken seriously. Unless the rents due and you haven't got it. Then you should probably, y'know, take it seriously.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Truth be told I don't really participate in Couch Surfing much at the moment. I'm just a new guy, my couch is open to anyone, and I'm hoping to use Couch Surfing as a means of travelling around and hosting plenty of interesting folk.

Interests? They're pretty varied I suppose. I'm interested in a lot of academia, mainly Psychology and Neuroscience, but also Zoology, Pharmacology, Philosophy and various other important sounding subjects. I've been an amateur boxer for about 2 years now and try to maintain a regular exercise routine alongside my club sessions. This is usually thrown off by poor diet, but c'est la vie eh? For the most part I just enjoy the usual things: spending time with friends, listening to music, watching films, cooking, building, animals etc. I'm just a pretty normal guy going about my daily life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Honestly I couldn't say. For having lived such a short time I've had the good fortune of witnessing a lot that has left me awe struck, ranging from witnessing masterpieces in the louvre, to simply getting drunk with friends in the countryside. I find being genuinely awestruck tends to be something that sneaks up on you rather than something you actively pursue, if you get what I mean.

Teach, Learn, Share

At the risk of sounding cheesy, when you're feeling down on yourself, you'll find happiness in the most surprising places.
