ABOUT ME

I started a Music label in april 2012. It's a fresh start, almost from scratch (I used to be musician and DJ but it's not exactly the same thing)
Prior to that new activity, I used to share my time between Music and coaching people/companies about strategy and alternative work environment/management programs.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started to think about a project that would mixes music and CS on a blog (with ITW, Articles and music stuffs) but it's still on my "to do list" for the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far (rookie inside)

But it seems important to me to mention that I have (it's a genetic/family disposal) a great sens of hospitality and I already surfed and hosted guests from abroad (or not) numerous times.

A part from listening to and playing music, watching movies and reading ? Hummm...

Let's say peoples, first (so interesting) but also
Management & strategy (Yeah, I know, it's a bit odd but it's a really interesting subject as I oriented my former work on peoples' well being)
Biking and walking randomly "across the city"
Architecture (former student) and contemporary art
Furniture design (I made a few of my furnitures and I love contemporary furniture design)
Cooking/restaurants (what would be life without a good meal to share ?)
Clubbing/partying (It's still something that attract me and I still go out when I can find a great party out there)

I'm always looking for fresh music (crap free) I can play, from early rockabilly & rock steady through traditional belly percussions, Brazilian, gypsy and Hip-Hop stuffs to the last up to date finest minimal electronic dance music (definitely not just "Boom boom tweeeet tweeet")

Movie stuffs (in no particular order and rather than naming movies): Spike Jonze, Charlie kauffman, Quentin Tarantino, Bill Murray, Wes Anderson, Woody Allen, Guy Ritchie, Michel Gondry, Jack Black, Guillermo Del Torro, Kenji Misumi, Sydney Lumet, Rob Zombie, 60s & 70s movies...

Books/authors/comics : PG Wodehouse, Tom Robbins, Albert Cohen, Paul Auster, Daniel Pennac, Nick Hornby, Nassim Nicholas Taleb, Maurice G. Dantec, Terry Pratchett, Mike Mignola, Robert Crumb, Franz Kafka, Calvin & Hobbes, Yamada's, Freakonomics... This list is endless too and grow up every day.

So many things to say, so few words to describe...
The more often, it's the peoples I met. I'm always amazed when there is a true alchemy.
But sometimes, just watch the sun rise can be the most incredible experience...
