ABOUT ME

I'm 24 and I've been playing the saxophone since i was 9. I think decided that this is what i want to do when i was 13.
i love music
I listen to music constantly. i never leave home without an ipod or discman, and when i don't have one i'm drumming on myself or beatboxing or singing.
I like to hang out with cool people, play music, listen to music, walk around, go out or just chill at home

PHILOSOPHY

I don't think I have a philosophy but i do have a set values i try to live my life by.
Accepting people for who they are, not judging. Showing love to the people i love, not hiding behind walls of coolness...
comunicating and touching people through my art, through words...

Interessen

i'm into all kinds of arts. I love movies and museums and dance. pretty much everything
I am member of saxophone quartet and larger saxophone ensemble. we give concerts once in a while. Classical music is my focus, but I play and listen to jazz, played in a live hiphop band for a year.

I love dogs

I love my city.
jerusalem is such an amazing city! it has history waiting in every corner, wierd and interesting people are drawn to it, and there's a beautiful multicultural aspect to it.
it's also complicated and intense sometimes but so is life, you know?

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: Brahms, bach, messiaen, beethoven,steve reich, charlie parker, miles davis, john coltrane, wu-tang clan, the roots, frank zappa, aphex twin, radiohead, autechre and many many more
books: Bukowski, Joesph Heller, Kurt Voneghot, Bulgakov anything satyrical and with a sharp sense of humor.
Movies: anything good... favorites are scorcese, kubrik and cohen bros.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

participated in a new guiness record of the most saxophones playing together in one place.
I was one of 1,000 saxophonists that helped set the record in belgium.
