ABOUT ME

I'm a Mother who is still getting use to looking for the next important thing to do with the life God has given me. My interests are reading, gardening, taking long walks, enjoying my three amazing grandchildren and trying to recreate foods we've enjoyed on our travels. Been to the Caribbean, England, Wales, Germany, Austria, Canada and Taiwan. Did two cross country trips of USA too.

PHILOSOPHY

My goal is to live my life as close to the true purpose God has for me. Some times it's hard to figure out and some times it's just hard to do!

Love all things British, movies, PBS Masterpiece theatre, Like all kinds of music, Pavarotti, Willie Nelson, John Fullbright, British 60's. Read all the time, some favs are Maeve Binchy, Edward Rutherford, Alexander McCall Smith, Tracy Chevalier. C.J. Sansom, Patrick Taylor, Cathy Woodman.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bringing a child into this world has to be numero uno. Spending Christmas as a family on a small farm in England was also an awesome experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have 3 great kids, 31, 35 and 37, so I guess I have some parenting skills to share. I could also discuss Christianity and why I'm a Christian. I also have skills traveling "on the cheap" to England and Wales and Tawain. My husband taught for 31 years and is a Vietnam vet, he's a good story teller.
