Music, Movies, and Books

I am rock n roll fan. Trying to learn more about jazz, blues and classical. I am trained carnatic music vocalist. I enjoy movies from almost every genre(except maybe "chick flicks", wouldn't mind a couple though). A few of my favorites are Anne, Sleuth, 12 Angry men, The lives of others, Into the wild, Amelie, Big Lebowski, almost all of Quinten Tarantino movies.
My choice of books have changed as I have grown older. I used to enjoy fiction/fantasy as a kid, loved Jeffery Archer for a while, and off late I enjoy reading Haruki Murakami, Jean Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, Stephen Hawking, Douglas Adams, Orwell and many more( again from all genres)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Himalayan snow trek to a peak at 12500 feet. Most amazing experience and view of many snow clad Himalayan ranges from the top of the peak. Mind blowing.

I can teach a bit of vegetarian cooking( there is so much variety, trust me ! )
