Hello everyone! I'm Sonia, 21 years old and a wannabe illustrator :)
i'm currently studying in Florence at the Nemo Academy, but I live in Bologna (north italy) with my mother. Next year i'm planning to study Natural Sciences here.
I really love traveling, with friends or alone (i've stayed in Greece for a month all by myself with Workaway, one of the most beautiful experiences i've ever had), meeting new people and cultures. I may seem a little shy at first but its just because my english skills are not that good when it comes to speak or write, maybe you can see by yourself in this bio! :')
But besides that I really enjoy both small talks or the deep talks about life and stuff. I'm also really curious about the self-sufficient life and everything connected with the "eco-friendly" world and cooking (i'm not really good at it... and my granma its really disappointed about this eheh but i swear i'm always trying to improve!)
I really really love taking photos, both with my cellphone or my precious camera and listening to music (I also enjoy singing but only when I'm alone 'cause i'm reeeeeeeally out of tune! around people I limit myself by whistling ), I like every genre but I have an emotional bond with celtic and country music. I've done horse riding for many years since I was little, my uncle owned two horses and he is the classic "cowboy", so country music was always playing in the bg in those awesome moments!

I'm also recovering from a very bad period of my life so traveling around the world for me has become a way to heal and reach myself again (when my wallet allows that of course)

I DO NOT agree with everything that's happening in my country. I'm not a racist, and i'm aware of how much the politicians and other issues are spreading a real bad image of italy, and I don't blame people for thinking bad things about us. Just know that i'm not part of this!
