I am Spanish, I work as a journalist and I am currently living in Paris. Since I was a little kid I knew I wanted to travel around the world and visit as many places as I could. I might have changed a lot and not have alwas had the resources for doing it, but the desire remains.

I love learning other languages and I think it is a great way of getting to know another culture. I like going to exhibitions and museums, strolling through the city and improvising new routes, get together with friends about some wines and beers (and talk for hours), and I love food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always travelled the traditional way, but I am now ready to try a different way. I'd love to really live the place I am visiting and I think that couchsurfing would be a great way of doing so. Of course, if I chose this options is also because I am willing to meet new people and to get to know the city/country via their stories, experiences and opinions.
And since I am travelling solo, I think it is the best way to meet people to share some moments/beers/dinners with.

Music, Movies, and Books

Quite eclectic and volatile when it comes to music. I enjoy mainly alternative (whatever that means nowadays) pop and rock; quite into electronic cumbia lately. But always up to discovering new groups and styles.

Very francophile when it comes to literature. I like reading novels and love biographies.

I'm not a great cook, but I'm trying to learn new things and would love to share some recipes.
That being said, I do know how to prepare a Spanish tortilla ;)
