ABOUT ME

We are a couple who have recently graduated from Brookline High School, near Boston, Massachusetts. We've been dating for five of years, and have been looking forward to touring Europe together upon finishing high school. We're both familiar with Europe; the two of us have traveled numerous times to a variety of countries. We're very easy going, willing to contribute whatever is necessary. Eager travelers looking forward to beginning our journey as independent adults!

None, but everyone has to start somewhere! We've hosted families and children from all over the world in our respective homes, but never through the CouchSurfing company.

We're willing risk takers who enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people. Looking forward to making friends and becoming acquainted with new cities. We both enjoy language, French primarily, and history. As students, we are both highly invested in progressive and liberal thinking. We both enjoy sports, particularly bicycling and yoga.

The first time that I went to Rome, my uncle took me to see the Pantheon. For reasons that I won't ever understand, I found the building to be so gorgeous that I broke down crying. To this day, I can't set foot in or around the Pantheon without sobbing quietly. This experience showed me the power of being in a new and unusual place, something which I haven't forgotten.

The point of our trip is to gain experience and insight. We both view life as a series of experiences, the richer and more insightful the better. Through travel, we are looking to gain some of the ultimate life experiences, and we are excited to begin our journey!
