ABOUT ME:
Well............. I'm an Army vet (27D Jag Corps) who is deeply involved in holistic wellness (achieving a healthy mind, body, finances, emotions, spirit--- healthy everything). I'm a certified Spin instructor, a TOTAL foodie, and enjoy restaurant- hopping immensely. Attending theatre performances is my fave hobby. I LOVE eating, watching black & white Hitchcock films, catching historical, cultural, & exposé-type documentaries, eating during those films, exercising, eating after exercising, going to comedy clubs to laugh & eat------- saving, investing..... eating..... annnnd investing in eating. ------- See how I did that right there?......... HA! :-p

My grad degrees are in Education and Public Administration. I've taught ESL, English, math, social studies, performing arts, interior design, as well as GED and thesis writing. I'm no longer allowed to drive due to a visual impairment so I would really prefer to stay close to a subway even though I know I'll most likely Uber everywhere. I'm a homeowner, a 4.5 star rated host on Airbnb, and will definitely take care of your home. I like traveling nomad-style and having friends Here, There, and Everywhere. If you're ever in DC, you can crash by me as well.

I used to use hostels until I had a bad experience in Martha's Vineyard where one of the ladies in the room was snoring like a bear in hibernation *__*. Then Air B&B came along so I've typically been using that when I travel. Being raised by an awesome, cool, down-to-earth dad plus my years of military experience has contributed to being a minimalist and my ability to just feel relaxed most anywhere. The nomadic lifestyle of meeting friends in several cities and just crashing in basic accommodations is quite easy for me.

I will be traveling to Philly quite often this year because I will be relocating there in a few months. I am definitely excited about making new friends in Philly of all backgrounds. Iffff you have a lil time to show me around, catch a show or a drink, it would be greatly appreciated and would not go uncompensated. Gas money and a meal... It's only fair. If not, I can manage checking out the place solo again. I don't mind staying in and prepping meals so you don't have to eat out all the time.

Laughter, ongoing friendship, and my home..... I'm pretty funny and get along with a wide variety of people. If we have similar hobbies like hiking, theatre, comedy clubs, museums, I hope I become someone you can call to hang out with once I relocate to Philly later this year.
