About Me

I was a contemporary dancer before I chose to study architecture.
I have now been working for 4 years as an architect: in a practice, teaching in university and abroad as volunteer.
I love to learn and discover new things, have new goals and new experiences.
I am always happy to meet and exchange with people.
I consider myself an easy person to live with, aware of the others and accommodating. I've been living in a shared flat for 9 years (2 to 17 people) and that always worked out very well.
I have been living in Asia for more than a year now. I take 1 month holiday in Japan before going back to Europe.
I wanted to visit this country for a while, as much for its culture as for its astounding traditional and contemporary architecture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To share, meet, discover, learn, teach, laugh, travel, ...
As a surfer it seems to be a good way to get an insight in the local culture and discover what the most touristic routes don't offer. It is also a way to save some coins when you budget is tight.
As a host you get to share your own culture and habits and meet new people. You also get to help/give to someone, that generally feels good.
