Making music and learning about myself, planning my future as a vagabond :)
I'm one of those "crusty Anarchy sort-of hippies" but my name is actually Fabian! What am I doing with my life? After a year or so of turbulence, depression and problems I am now getting back up on my feet and it feels amazeballs! I feel like I can do anything and right now I am directing most of this energy into making music and planning my dream, to get a van and travel around Europe in said van, gaining experience, busking, meeting beautiful souls and just generally enjoy the hell out of everything :) I play the didgeridoo and beatbox through a loop-pedal, and also sings a big on top of that, mainly political hiphop lyrics but also some random "hippie lyrics". It's good fun, and that's what it's all about!
Life is all about gaining experience, I think. Challenging yourself and to question what's normal. To try to find out what yo're all about. It's probably going to take the rest of my life to get there, but then again, I'm not doing much else with my time then living than making experiences. So let's make it an interesting journey!
Something that might be worth nowing about me is that I pick up energies and personalities very easily, for good or worse. This means that if I'm around energetic, happy people I'll be energetic & happy. If I'm around quiet people, I'll be quiet. I'm a social chameleon. So I'm trying to surround myself with people who mirrors me in a good way, and stay away from "negative" people.
Don't be ashamed of yourself and let that kid inside come out as often as you can! :D
I'd rather regret stuff I did than regret that that I didn't do stuff when I'm old!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surfin, might start hostin but i need my own place :)
Only good :3
I do listen to and perform music of all kinds, read books, hiking, hang out with friends, cook, love to chat about everything between heaven and earth, learn new stuff, helping out with stuff, playing board/cardgames, dance to psytrance, watching movies, moving my body to music, longboarding, dumpster-diving, bodymodification, photography and so on =)
I'm starting to produce some music, different kinds of electronica (All kinds but generally with a darker tone) but my goal is to make music using only synthesizers and sequencers live, no computer involved.
I'm also a darkpsy/hitech dj and you can check out my mixes at www.mixcloud.com/skogsjatten should you feel like it :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy most music, as long as I do get some kind of feelings from it. I don't really care about texts in music as much as I care about the feelings emitted from the band/Artist :)
Some of my favourites are Shpongle, Venetian snares, Hexatech, Dhrupad, Bluetech, Lulu Rouge, Rival sons, Carbon based lifeforms, first aid kit, tallest man on earth, Daniel norgren, Burial, oxidaksi, gloomy phantom, die antwoord, Gallows, Svenska akademien, Shining, prodigy, lamb of god, funky porcini, OTT, 16 horse power, baphomet engine, Tipper, enichkin and so on. The list goes on.
Blues brothers is by far my favourite movie ever.. Other than that, I like all kinds of movies; Horror, comedy, animated, anime, documentaries, some dramas, tv-series, sci-fi, fantasy..
As for books my genre of choice is fantasy but I do enjoy other genres occasionally. Actually, "Practical ethics" by Peter Singer is one of the most interesting books I've ever had the pleasure to read!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled around Ireland for 8 weeks, couchsurfing, going to festivals, WWOOFing etc... It was a wake-up call for me, I loved every second of it!
Hitchhiked around europe for a couple of months... Very interesting experience, like being constantly in between being as happy as I can be and being as frustrated as I can be. A rollercoaster ride from the start :D
The most amazing thing ever is to look a complete stranger in the eyes, smile and get a smile back. love it!
Teach, Learn, Share
"The litany against fear" from the book Dune is also brilliant!
"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing......Only I will remain."
