I am a 28 year old lawyer passionate about the environment and sustainability. I have worked in the field of international law for nearly 3 years now both as an associate at a law firm and as a research assistant. I plan to start my PhD in environmental and economic law within a year or two. I also play excellent airdrums and dabble occasionally in creative writing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling to new places and meeting with locals as I believe that will enable me to broaden my horizons and get the local flavour far more than living in a hotel and hostel will. I firmly believe that the best experience can only be achieved by interacting with the local populace and that all efforts should be made to do the same. My mother used to host travellers from all over the world when I was a child, and it was an experience like no other. It broadened my horizons and I would love to believe that it shaped me to an extent
