ABOUT ME

I'm a free spirit that keeps getting tied down. I tend to sway to the left politically, but usually can be found somewhere in the middle. I'm laid back but motivated. I love good puns almost as much as bad puns, my humor is largly based on wordplay and sarcasm, but other humor forms have been known to crack a grin.

Interests

My hobbies include theatre, dance, arcitecture, paintball, and carpentry. I fix things for fun, and sometimes break them so that i can fix them. Aside from making and breaking and fixing things, I also work security for science fiction and other special interest conventions. I like books. Fantasy and science fiction mostly, but any book that i can get lost in or inspired by gets a chance. I listen to most forms of music, except for rap. I like a song i can tap my foot and sing along with.

Music, Movies, and Books

Indy films, the occasional blockbuster, fantasy, books turned to movies. Most all music forms, except rap. Temptations, Finger 11, Evanesance, BNL, Dave Matthews, Brian Setzer Orchestra, Rob Thomas, and many many others. Science fiction, fantasy, mystery, some manga and graphic novels. Robert Jordan, JK Rowling, Stephen Brust, Robert A Heinlein, Orson Scott Card, Ray Bradbury, and Tonya Huff, to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I took a 6500mile motorcycle trip around the country.

I can teach you how to do basic repairs around the house, small electrical, drywall, painting to the bigger stuff like finishing basements and installing hardwood flooring.
