ABOUT ME

I'm 22 years old and I study Econometrics @ Warsaw School of Economics. After the lectures, I work at the biggest polish bank (PKO Bank Polski) as a freelancer (a little higher in the pecking order than the interns) in the Operational Risk Department. I'm a person who behaves in a rather orthodox manner, still I'm not as casual as some may think. Those who got to know me a little bit more say that I'm in some ways maverick - just like expecting the unexpected from another person. I like visiting and learning about the other countries and getting to know with people from different countries and cultures and exchange opinion on several issues (or whatever;)

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to leave rationally (with some exemptions and exceptions:) and modestly. However, it doesn't mean that one should forever stay at home for fear of the world. I hate opportunism and duplicity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never surfed via CS. Yet. A few times I hosted friends of my friends who were hitchhiking through Europe. I had some occasions to try out the hospitality of other people as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite movie is La Cite de la Peur (French, comedy) probably just because I was relishing the opportunity of watching it all around at my home when I was about 5 years old. Now I may think it is a stupid movie but still I have some feelings for it. In terms of music, I listen mostly rock et al. (favourite band: Rise Against + Rammstein). When it comes to books, I read almost only historic books:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm... plenty of them, too much to write and I'm getting a little bit confused about all these boxes I have to fill :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach French, Polish and whatever :D some day I will hopefully discover some extraordinary skills, then I may teach them :D
