Interests

I like to travel a lot around the world, practice Yoga, go hiking and enjoy to be in the nature. I am interested in healthy food :-) at the moment I am into learn more about raw food and healing with nutrition. As well I am practising VIpassana.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did go seven days alone into the wild, but the hardest hike I did were the Yellow mountains in China...not because of the distance but 6 hours only stairs :-D never felt anything similar in my muscles the following days.
