German girl living in the beachside town of Bournemouth, UK to do a MSc in Tourism. Travel is one of my passions, so I obviously had to go to a different country to finish my degree. Lucky for me, most of the students in my course come from all over the world, so I have the chance to really experience different cultures by only going to uni. However, I want to learn more, experience more and in the best case discover the whole world for myself.

Admittedly I can be pretty shy in the beginning, but once that passes my quirky personality and genuine positive attitude shows :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm all new to couchsurfing and don't really know where this journey will take me. I hope that I will get the chance to get to know different cultures and people, learn about places from locals and make memorable experiences. I guess that is why we all are on couch surfing, right?

I love music; Kurt Vile, The XX, Nirvana, The Clash, The Smiths, The Kooks, The Libertines, Boy and Bear, The Lumineers, and MGMT are some of my favourite artists, but I generally sing along to any songs in the club without knowing the artist. Also I recently discovered jazz..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing.. well maybe the most recent.. Backpacking in Cambodia, that was a great experience as I meet amazing people and I got to practise some yoga!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you German, in case you are interested. Also I can teach some Yoga. I love to cook, so I would be more than happy to lend a hand or prepare a meal to share. I'm always up to share a good conversation, drinks, a meal, a positive attitude and time.
