Hello all!

I'm planning on flying in to the US the week of 17th March and spending a couple of weeks travelling round, couch surfing, meeting new people and seeing the sights.

I'm looking for some friendly people prepared to give a couch or a floor to a tired English bloke for a night and let me know what your area is all about!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much yet! I have experience of receiving couch surfers when my family participated but I've never really travelled abroad, let alone something like this.

Interests

The usual stuff to be honest, socialising, meeting new people, films, music, the internet etc but to be honest, I'm willing to give most anything a go!
I have a big interest in current affairs and most anything to do with dinosaurs...

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a little bit of a geek to be honest, I love books by Terry Pratchett and Haruki Murakami, music ranging from David Ford to The Who to Streetlight Manifesto to most anything else.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As of yet I've not really done anything amazing but working with kids is pretty eye opening, they always keep you on your toes!
