ABOUT ME

Love languages, people, music, poetry, swimming, triathlon, independent cinema, world cuisine, world literature, meditation, yoga, buddhism, history et.c. I've done 4 meditation retreats now and have one coming up in Cuzco in September. It's been the key to being who I want to be.

PHILOSOPHY

Be as peaceful, happy and useful as I can be, and if it rubs off on, or helps others, so much the better.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Am looking to meet people who live in the places I travel. With a view to offering a couch when I have one.

Newbie. Except for kipping on random fold down beds in Russia and lots of other places

Volunteer work in education for children has been it for 2011. Will be doing a project near Huancayo in October and November 2011.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Courtesy of a tax rebate, I went to the Galapagos in mid August. Utterly incredible. To observe nature without feeling like you are disturbing too much.
