ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm a 21 year old University student from the U.K. Travelling, and meeting people, is pretty much my passion and I'm hoping CouchSurfing will provide an excellent way to do this!

When I was 18 I bought a 1 way ticket to Ghana and over the course of a year I ended up adventuring to Kenya, Tanzania, Ethopia, India, and S.E Asia. It really instilled in me a desire to seek out new experiences.
My favourite feeling is just finding my self somewhere entirely unexpected with great people- it doesn't matter if it's a bustling city or in the wilderness, for me it's all about sharing new experiances with good company.

I'm also fascinated by different world cultures and histories, it's not soley about having a good time- I also like to learn about the places I find myself.

My biggest regret is that I only speak one language, but i'm working on that!

PHILOSOPHY

I guess I'd say I was broadly a liberal in the classical sense. As a rough guide I feel everyone should be free to do what the hell they want to as long as it doesn't harm anyone else. Really though i'm a pragmatist, I don;t really like identifying strongly with a particular philosophy/ideology/mindset- if it works i go for it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I have no real permament residence so I can't really offer my couch, but when I finally do settle down somewhere for a period of time I would really like to.

Interests

-Well, Obviously travelling

-Sports!
I love practically all sports, especially team sports: I enjoy playing and watching Football (Soccer), Basketball, American Football etc.. etc..
I'm also getting into climbing, but i'm pretty new at it.

-Hanging out
Just generally mucking about. BBQ's, Beers, Parks, Beaches.
