I am first generation American of Colombian parents. I love live music and the arts. I studied as a Sculptor in college, with a focus in foundry work (molten metal!) I have held a variety of from digging ditches to slacks and polo's in the office. Over the years I have learned a lot and pride myself as a jack of most trades. I still have a lot to learn. And a lot to share.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Until recently I was a full time RV-er. Divorce has forced me to sell my home on wheels. So I hope to couch surf while I find a new RV in the Southwest to continue my adventure. This time without the ball and chain.

Intereses

I enjoy live music, reggae to rock and jam bands too. I even like some of the new robot music ;) It's been too long since I went to a festie. I like making things with my hands. It could be art, or putting together an IKEA desk. I just like to be able to say "look, I made that." This year I plan on attending the "Oregon Country Fair." Sounds like an amazing time.

Office Space changed my life. Idiocracy predicts the future. Obviously Mike Judge is high on my list of faves. And anything by the Broken Lizard guys (Supertroopers/Beerfest.) I enjoy a good comedy of dystopian future film, or something with a twisty plot, or Super Heroes. For the music its mostly some sort of Reggae, jamtronica, or 90's rock. Most of my books are technical manuals.

Dove the Caribbean trench in the Cayman Islands. It's where they filmed "The Abyss," one of the most breathtaking moments of my life.
