About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Stay away from the cubicle as long as possible

ABOUT ME

I think my friends would say I am a wanderlust individual, trying to find interesting new places and ideas to think about. Never being one to follow the normal path, I try to put myself in weird situations outside the normal box of existence.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is not about showing up at the grave in a well-preserved body, but skidding in sideways, totally worn out, shouting holy shit what a ride!! -Hunter s. Thompson

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have used couch surfing a couple times while traveling in Europe but always through someone else's account. Always had an amazing experience though so not sure why it took me so long to sign up myself but glad I finally did.

Interests

Music, books, traveling, and pick-up sports and activities are my biggest hobbies. Always looking to make a fool of myself on the dance floor and meet new people to talk to. The random conversations you have with other people is what makes traveling worth it . "Peculiar travel suggestions are dancing lessons from God" -Vonnegut

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to music constantly and try to read everyday. Im really into live music, especially rock and roll jam bands where you never know what you are going to get. I also try and read everyday, all sorts of genres and authors but my favorite is satire, black humor, and magical realism.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The double edged sword of India, the trash and smell is disturbing, but the people are inspiring. Makes you really think about what is necessary.
Breaking down on the side of the road in Laos for 5 hours, having nowhere to go, playing with the kids from the neighboring hut village, doing Yoga in the monsoon rain. Turned what could have been one of the worst parts of the trip into a highlight

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Spain, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
