ABOUT ME

I love life! There is so much to do. I love to dance, can't wait to go whitewater rafting, getting into mountain biking, love hiking and camping, and I want to do all the fun stuff CO has to offer that the east coast does not. I will be studying Anthropology at CSU in the fall. Doors are opening and a new life is underway. Cheers!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is my favorite form of expression, perhaps it is the most tangible and visceral. I love too much of it to even begin to list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've worked with a couple of people who were able to face their deepest pain and let it go to make room for self-confidence and a healthy body image. This opened doors for them to do anything they want to. I am honored to have facilitated the space for them to do that with massage therapy.

Teach, Learn, Share

There is always something beautiful if you look at it with an open mind. Have no place for greed within you. There is plenty of that in the world. I dare you to be free of it.
