About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To sit here and watch my kids grow up for a couple more years, till they're adults, at least, at which time they can decide if they want to come travel with me, and then to find the worlds greatest beaches, and meet as many amazing people as possible, hopefully one day showing my awesome kids (both within two years of adulthood) what there is outside of this Midwest life they've been chained to.

ABOUT ME

I'm 6 ft., maybe 160 lbs. I play guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, I sing, I play violin, cello, whatever is in front of me. My Soul is a Soundtrack.

Looks like the next stop is San Francisco. I'm in Louisville again, but it won't be for long, I'm catching out soon. If I happen upon your quiet little town, you should put me up for a couple hours, maybe let me hit a shower. This whole "Hobo" thing is over rated. Well, not really. I love to travel, and I love trains, so it's ok. The only bad part: No portable hot showers.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and Let Live. Don't judge me, I won't judge you. If you steal from me, I will hunt you to Asia, I'm not joking. Lie to me all you want, don't steal from me.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, right now, I don't have a couch, but my participation skills also include: Showing up to CS parties with my own alcohol (and sharing most the time) and being the entertainment. Come out to the beach and see me play. I have the old Yamaha Acoustic with all the sharpie drawings and pinstripe paintjob.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been a hell of a ride so far, I've never met anyone here I didn't get a long with really well. I love my fellow travelers. Be safe out there!

Interests

Music, Art, Poetry, Computers, Programming, Web Design, etc. I'm a geek at heart. A tweaker of circuits. I like to fix things. Especially computers.

Music, Movies & Books

All music. Every note of it. 48 Laws of Power. 33
strategies of war. Lots of e-books for dummies.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

I saw a baby get delivered on a GreyHound Bus. No joke. I didn't do it, but I saw it happen. I always imagine that was how I was born. It really made me look at my life different.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a few chords on guitar. Or how to fix your computer, or how to do pretty much anything. I can find the repair instructions for anything. Oh, and I can fix it, too. I can teach you things you never knew could be done, or I can teach you the things you've wanted to know you're whole life, if they're interesting enough, I'll learn them just to teach you. I love to learn all things.

What I Can Share With Hosts

Stories from the road, repair skills, little pieces of my soul that I've turned into songs, free hugs, good spirits, optimism, things like that.

Countries I've Visited

Canada, Germany, Mexico, United States

Countries I've Lived In

United States
