whenever anybody feel depressed or frustrated or let down,just take some deep breaths in and leave them out and while doing this close ur eyes and see the beautiful world around u,people,kids,birds,flowers,rains,grass,leaves,sea,sky through the eyes of ur mind and chant out these words: i am happy and lucky to be a part of this beautiful world,i am beautiful,whatever i do has a meaning,i am enjoying my life,i am strong and confident,i love myself and thus love everything,i will succeed more and more,i am calm and quiet.keep saying these words for a while over and over and u'd see,all ur frustrations and tensions disperse like clouds and the bright sunlight enters ur heart,u'd feel anew that after the storm calms down,once again the sun will smile over the beautiful world.so never give up,live ur life cheerfully and u will find that heaven is within u.
