PHILOSOPHY

Im very much a modern day hippie. My relegion is always help others before self and trust that I will in turn receive the sanctions of survival. I believe in paying it forward and backward. I always stand up to those whom mistreat and disrespect animals, people, or planet earth, and try to spread as much respect, knowledge, compassion, peace, and unconditional love as my little heart can stand, embracing and appreciating the diversity in all of my mothers children. :)

Im just gettin started with this right here. I need to finish a few things here before I can travel. :( lol but Im very excited to lend a hand, a home, and a heart in the mean time...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Officially I am eagerly awaiting my first. I have attended a mixer here in Denver with a fellow surfing acquaintance of mine. Very fun and definitely put me in the spirit of things, lol. Upon our stroll to the train we crossed paths with two travelers trying to find their way back to Texas. They had no money, only one another to rely on, and had been camping along their way. We sat with them sharing drink and smoke over laughs and life stories. I had become so caught up in the spirit and the moment, that without any fear or regards, I allowed them to come back with my friend and I to stay the night and freshen up at my apt. Later my friend stressed his concerns for my naive faith and fearless hospitality as he stayed awake in protective watch through the night. In hind site, a little foolishly free and faithful for sure, but fortunately it all worked out and one of them gave me a drum that he had carried with him for some years from his native reservation in South Dakota. The most powerful and meaningful gift ever received, hands down!
