ABOUT ME

I have done many different things; re-inventing my life from professional horsewoman to graphic designer to chef. I have travelled all over the world in style and roughing it, backpacking etc! This variety of life styles is reflected in my personality. I can get along with people from all types of social and cultural diversities as long as they are honest and respectful. I can adapt to most situations with empathy; sensitive to others, quiet, fun, comic and inquisitive. However, I do not like dramatic over demanding people. Most people find me good company.

Interessi

Obviuosly, food is very important to me! Cooking, presentation and the production of food. I have just spent 4 months volenteering on organic farms seeing how cheese, wine, vegetables and animals are produced for the table. This also gave me the chance to be with my other great love, animals; riding horses, walking the dog, looking after livestock, cuddling the cat!
I read a lot! History, philosophy and the rest of the arts are all of interest to me. I like museums, art galleries, good music(contemporary and classical) and the cinema.
