Don't stop actively learning
I'm an easy going person. Some of the things I enjoy most are music, good food, lively conversation, and the outdoors. I try to lead a peaceful life and to appreciate both the extraordinary and the commonplace parts of it. I want to see as much of the world as I can and to experience it with kind and honest people.
When I travel I try my best to fit in wherever I go (even though I still usually end up sticking out). I like to try to eat, drink, live, and think like a local. Doing that is infinitely more rewarding to me than simply being and seeing.
Compared to most Americans I think it's safe to say I'm introverted, but as I've traveled I've found the label applies to me much less in other cultures!
FYI - I work irregular shifts and days of the week as a nurse, but I'm happy to host when I'm able. It all depends how I'm scheduled.
