About Me

I am from Costa Rica, about 1 year ago my husband and myself decided to follow our dreams and travel as much as we could ! So , we left our jobs, rent our house, sold most of our stuff and packed the rest and left !!

So far it has been a wonderful adventure ( you can read more about it at
Our 20 years old daughter is in Germany following her own dream of higher level education and my husband went back to his roots and he works part time as a merchant marine. So, I travel with both of them, when we can, I travel solo, I travel with my husband, my daugther or my friends.... I love to discover new places, new people, and each trip is a new experience.
I share my experiences in my travel blog.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think is a wonderful way to meet local people and get to know the real culture and get an insight point of view of the places we visit, talking to local poeple is fun and a great way to learn .

I am more into cultural experiences , I love a good conversation sharing a glass of wine.
Love old cities and learning about their past and history.
I am a foodie too; love to discover the flavors of each country, from street food to gourmet !
bars where local bands performance, outdoor concerts , all tape of markets , and walking a new city until getting lost makes me happy.
A great day for me is a sunny day lazing away at the beach !
