ABOUT ME

A bit different but in a good way I guess. Always in a good mood and up to doing some silly stuff:) I enjoy spending time with family and friends and singing under the shower:) As I think the more the merrier, I love meeting new people :)

CURRENTLY

Selim (my boyfriend) and I met in our first year of studying. Selim (25, Viennese) is an art student, working mostly with charcoal and ink. I, Sara (25, Slovene), am an Art and Architecture student, and develop different design solutions for all sorts of problems.
For my master thesis project I am researching the tea gathering and Selim in his work, always felt intrigued by the aesthetics of eastern art. This gave us perfect reasons, as if there weren't enough already, to head to Japan and South Korea, to finally experience what we were dreaming about for years. We are not the touristy-type, for big city sightseeing, its more the real-life (and spiritual in my case) experience we are after.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting:
1. A lovely couple from Slovakia. They we're great, a really pleasant company. Amazing start in the CS community :)
2. A boy from Ljubljana named Jaka. Strange having someone from so close but fun either way :)
Traveling:
3. Staying with a wonderful boy from Rome-Allesio. It was really funny, and he and his familly offerd me more than I could even amagine :)

Interests

I fill my time with all sorts of things- from painting to playing with my cat, from sitting in the park to making a chocolate cake. I'm a former cheerleader, I love playing the piano and playing games (especially cards).

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: anything but horror! I easily get scared although I know it's not real:)
Music: everything from classic to electronic, not forgetting reggae, jazz, rock, etc.
Books: love to read, but do not do it enough :)
