About Me

26. Female. Denmark. Studying International Business Communication.

I love walks in the nature as well as my runnings.

I am a person who love to do something that is away from the norms. When travelling, I love following locals advices and just so what locals recommend me to do and see. I did it in San Diego, in Toronto, New York and Los Angeles - that was quite funny! Looking at Manhattan skyline in the middle of the night or joining a random mexican bar in Brooklyn. Have got the best experiences by doing so.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about CS from a friend in Canada, and she recommended this portal. She said that it is an amazing way to travel, because you come close to the local people in the particular country, and it is such a good way to ask for advices on places to go. It makes the travel much more interesting, because you have someone to share your experiences to and ask about good places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My last trip to Canada was my first overseas and even on my own. It is the best I have ever done!

Before arrival in Canada, I was celebrating the New years eve in New York together with a girl I didn't know. We met at the hostel on the day of New Years Eve, and it was the funniest New years eve, I have ever had! We walked around in NYC in the middle of the night, saw attractions and at the end of the night we went to a very crowded, and maybe the smallest Mc Donald's I have ever visited, enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate and went home to the hostel in the early morning.
