About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Going to NY and Survive

ABOUT ME

I'm not a super outgoing person, but I will once you get to know me.
I love all the beautiful things in this world, including the ugly truths.
I love the Matrix films & all the philosophical ideas behind them! Taoism is my favorite.
I'm open to experience anything that a normal person would want to avoid.
Last time I almost drowned in a deadly cold river in Sequoia National Park, and I'm happy that I experienced it.
I'm just trying to enjoy every moment of my life now.

PHILOSOPHY

Other people are my mirrors. If I'm sad, others become so. If I'm angry, others become so. Then, I should be happy around others, so that the happiness would be circulate through everyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to participate by offering a couch, but right now I'm in the process of moving from place to place.
I will contribute as soon as I get my own place and a couch to offer :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet. But I'm looking forward to it!!

Interests

Filmmaking, of course. I also love arts. I have been drawing/painting since I can recall, and it's part of my life. I'm just sad that I haven't taken the time to do it so often lately. Photography is my latest hobby. Love my Canon 550D/T2i!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Electronic music. Especially trance, the kind that will enlighten you. The Saafi Brothers are the best I know so far.
I've been reading Tao Te Ching. It's a book about the philosophical teaching of Lao Zu, and I gotta say, it's an eye-opener.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Move to the United States from Japan with hope and joy in heart.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have some great Japanese and Chinese recipes :)
